At the Sign of the Hooting Owl

My name is Carol Ann Martin and I write stories for children. Some of them have been published and others I share on my Facebook page, Henhugs and Ticklefeathers. Some special stories I send to children overseas - refugee children and other children who, for whatever reason  have very little opportunity to read and learn because of war and poverty and other difficulties. I hope that my stories entertain them, teach them and help to make there lives brighter.

I'd like to invite you to a very special place, a magical place, a warm and welcoming place, where stories are spun and shared and nothing is impossible to believe.

The name of the place is The Hooting Owl Inn. It is centuries old and within its walls are all kinds of mysteries and magic, not to mention the ghosts upstairs!

In wintertime we can gather cosily in the snug and spin stories around the fire.

In the summer, we can spend hours walking through the woodlands, telling stories as we go.
